2005: A small store in Brooklyn, NY, gives credence to our existence on this planet.
The Prattstore, which opened in 2005, offers a large variety of office supplies, industrial supplies, art books, and crafts within our 15,000 square foot store. Located on a corner of Pratt's Brooklyn campus on Myrtle Avenue, the building was designed by Richard Scherr, the director of facilities planning and design at Pratt. The Prattstore was created with the intention of expanding creative resources available to our students, faculty, and alumni. The store also serves the supplies needed of local residents and Brooklyn's growing art community.
